Working Process:-

Prepare the machine: Place the machine on a stable surface and ensure all parts are properly assembled before starting.
Load raw material: Pour cleaned and dry seeds into the hopper in a controlled quantity for smooth operation.
Start the machine: Switch on the machine and allow the pressing system to begin the cold press extraction process.
Oil extraction process: The machine slowly crushes and presses the seeds to extract pure oil while maintaining natural nutrients.
Oil collection: Collect the extracted oil from the outlet container and separate the oil cake residue from the discharge outlet.
Continuous operation: Repeat the feeding process as required for continuous oil production without overloading the machine.
Shut down after use: Turn off the machine after completion and allow it to cool before cleaning and maintenance.

Notice: For your safety, please avoid inserting fingers or any hard objects (such as metal rods) into the chamber opening to push or stir raw materials.

Cleaning Process:-

Turn off the machine and disconnect power: Before cleaning, switch off the machine and unplug it. Allow it to cool completely before starting the cleaning process.
Remove residues and dismantle parts: Take out leftover seeds and oil cakes from the hopper and chamber. Carefully dismantle removable parts such as the chamber, screw (auger), and filter if applicable.
Clean all components properly: Use a soft brush or dry cloth to clean internal parts. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly warm damp cloth, avoiding excess water and harsh chemicals.
Dry and reassemble: Ensure all parts are fully dry before reassembling the machine. Fit all components carefully and securely before use.
Clean outer body: Wipe the exterior of the machine with a clean dry or slightly damp cloth to maintain hygiene and appearance.

Important: Do not submerge any other parts of the machine in water or other liquids.
