Shipping and Returns

We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for return eligibility, process, and timelines.

Working Process:-

  1. Keep the vacuum oil filter machine on a flat and stable surface to ensure safe operation and proper filtration performance.
  2. Connect the machine to a suitable power supply and make sure all electrical connections are properly secured.
  3. Pour the extracted unfiltered oil into the inlet tank so it can enter the filtration system.
  4. Turn on the vacuum pump to create negative pressure inside the chamber for smooth oil flow.
  5. The oil passes through filter papers or filter cloth which remove fine particles, sediments, and impurities.
  6. The purified and clear oil flows out through the outlet and can be collected in a clean container.
  7. After the filtration process is complete, switch off the machine and clean the filtration unit if required.

Notice: For your safety, please avoid inserting fingers or any hard objects (such as metal rods) into the chamber opening to push or stir raw materials.

Cleaning Process:-

  1. Remove used filter media: Carefully take out the used filter papers or filter cloth from the filtration chamber to prepare for cleaning.
  2. Clean the filter plates and chamber: Use a soft cloth to wipe the filter plates and inner chamber, removing oil residue and trapped impurities.
  3. Wipe the oil tank: Clean the oil tank and inner surfaces with a dry cloth to remove any remaining oil particles and maintain hygiene.
  4. Clean the outer body: Wipe the exterior of the machine with a dry or slightly damp cloth to keep it clean and presentable.
  5. Allow proper drying: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling the filter unit and operating the machine again.

Important: Do not submerge any other parts of the machine in water or other liquids.
